Raymond Taylor

Mr Taylor has over 40 years of experience in drug development, antiviral therapeutics, biodefence and regulatory strategy.

He spent 19 years in senior leadership roles at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, where Galidesivir was originally developed. Mr Taylor has direct historical experience with Galidesivir, including antiviral development, program execution and regulatory initiatives.

He secured and managed more than US$490 million in US Government funding, including over US$125 million in Strategic National Stockpile procurement contracts.

Mr Taylor has extensive experience working with BARDA, NIAID, the CDC and other US Government agencies in the development of medical countermeasures.
